Experience
I am an experienced Teacher of 17 years. I have taught students from grade level five through 12. I participated in an after-school tutoring program in the Rabun County School System for five years. I sponsored a Skills/USA type after school Club for every year of my teaching experience. I am experienced in helping students with their PSAT, SAT and ACT college preparatory testing during their High School days as an advisor to the students. It is rewarding for me and I enjoy helping students to excell in their school subjects as they prepare for college.

Hobbies
I am 65 years old and a bit overweight but I am very active. I enjoy hiking, camping, swimming and boating. I am currently learning to sail my sailboat of 26 feet in length. My wife and I use a small 14 Ft. runabout motorized boat for getting out on the many lakes around the North Georgia Mountains. My 18 year old daughter is also very active on the water with a 16 ft. canoe and a 10 ft, kayak. Other than hiking, camping, boating and swimming, I occasionally find time to play a round of Golf. I love to work around my home with many building projects going on most of the time. Busy hands are happy hands!!
